How do I determine the correct size?
We have made a short video to demonstrate how to properly measure for your belt system. You can watch the video by clicking HERE
In order to ensure a proper fit of your new product, it is imperative that you take an actual measurement with your pants on, shirt tucked in, and without a belt on and around your waist area. If you order based on your pant size, the belt WILL NOT fit since the same size can differ by more than four inches across brands.
If your measurement falls into an odd size, the size above and below that measurement will fit. However, you should examine your individual requirements to determine which is right for you. If you plan on losing weight, go down. If you shoot during the winter and might have additional layers on, or you are mounting a great deal of equipment to the belt, you might consider going with the larger size. Either way, please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to ordering. We are more than happy to help you determine the appropriate size.
GENERAL BELT QUESTIONS
What is the difference between the Assaulter Belt and the Breacher Belt?
The Kilo Assaulter Belt utilizes a 1.75” form factor and is designed as a slim and lightweight duty/gun belt. This belt is designed to be flexible over the hips and reinforced on the sides to support your pistol, and mag pouches.
The Kilo Breacher Belt utilizes a 2” form factor and is designed as an ultra-comfortable duty or competition belt for the shooter that needs to place gear around the entire belt, including competition shooters, law enforcement officers, and of course, breachers.
How much adjustment does the Kilo Belt Systems have?
The inner belt has about 3 inches of adjustment up and down and both the Assaulter and Breacher belts have about 2 inches. So while the belts offer wiggle room, it is important that the sizing is correct.
Is your belt rated for Helo Lanyards/rappelling?
Yes, they are. The Assaulter Belt and Breacher Belt both passed the free fall test with 500lbs dropped 15 ft.
